The Welcoming/Marketing Committee has organized gatherings on the 2nd weekend of every month. On Saturday, July 14th we will meet at the Maplewood Pool after the 4pm Mass. (You will be responsible for your own entry fee). On Sunday, July 15th we will meet at the Ryan Hummert Park Pavilion after 8:30am Mass. (Bring your own snacks/drinks or purchase at Stone Spiral Coffee Shop.) Looking ahead to August, we will meet on Saturday, August 11th at Mr. Wizards after 4pm Mass. (You will be responsible for purchasing your own ice cream). On Sunday, August 12th we will meet at the Green Space/Sutton Loop Park after the 8:30am Mass. (Bring your own snacks/drinks or purchase at Strange Donuts or The Living Room.) We hope to see you at one or more of these gatherings.
Music Coordinator Position Available
Immaculate Conception Parish, Maplewood announces the availability of a part time music coordinator position. The Parish has one Saturday and one Sunday Mass. The coordinator would be responsible for organizing and planning weekend music with the music planning group. Experience and education in liturgical music is essential. The ability to play the piano and organ, and cantor is preferred. Availability to participate in Saturday evening or Sunday morning Masses and funerals as needed.

Victims of sexual abuse, in addition to contacting civil authorities, are asked to come forward in order to receive pastoral assistance. Reports of abuse may be made to any Pastor or to:

The Safe Environment Program requires all adult employees and volunteers with a likelihood of working with or near children or youth on a regular basis to comply with the following:
1. Complete a state criminal record and child abuse or neglect check.
2. Sign the acknowledgement page of the Code of Ethical Conduct.
3. Attend the Protecting God’s Children seminar.
